A position needs a risk budget

Decide in advance how much capital you can expose, which price moves require review and how often you will check the position. Include transaction costs, bridge risk, contract risk and token-specific permissions in that decision.

A frontend is one dependency among many. Indexers can lag, RPCs can fail and token prices can be unreliable. Kitchen shows source and freshness information, preserves unavailable values as unavailable and links the underlying contracts. These controls help you inspect risk; they do not remove it.
